1 (5 oz.) bottle Soy Sauce
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsps. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
dash of Garlic Powder
dash of Onion Powder
1 (3 lbs.) boneless rump or chuck roast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.

Place roast in a shallow baking pan; pour marinade over roast.

Cover; marinate 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning once.

Bake roast in marinade @ 350º for 2 hours.

Remove roast to serving platter; serve in pan dripping.
