1 (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen brussel sprouts
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
dash of pepper
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1-Cook the brussel sprouts according to package directions.
2-Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.
3-Stir in brown sugar, flour, salt, mustard and pepper until blended.
4-gradually add milk.
5-Bring to a boil: cook and stir for 1 minute.
6-Reduce heat to low.
7-Add DRAINED sprouts to sauce and heat through.

This recipe actually calls for a 1/4 cup of sour cream stirred in just before serving, but I have always skipped that step.
