Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Large jar of picante sauce
1 can petite diced tomatoes (16 oz.)
2 cans black beans (16 oz.)
2 cans corn (16 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
In your crock pot put chicken in bottom and then put all other ingredients on top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Chicken should shred easily and consistency should be thick, stew like.

You can add topping as well but that does add calories if you are going for weight watcher friendly meals. I love this and then the kids like to add cheese, sour cream etc.
