1 cup of Wesson’s oil
2 cups sugar
Add 3 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 cups of flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup of nuts
3 cups chopped apples (Not too finely)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat thoroughly the oil and sugar together.

Add eggs, vanilla and the rest of the dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and chopped apples.

Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes in a floured 9X13 floured pan.
