Deer tenderloin
Bacon
Onion
Jalapeno peppers
Jalapeno cream cheese
Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tenderloin into bite-size pieces
Coarsely chop or slice onions
Slice peppers in rings - remove the seeds

Place a tenderloin piece on the bacon strip with a chunk or slice of onion and a dollop of cream cheese. Roll to encompass the filling, cut the bacon strip and secure with a toothpick -- and repeat.

Place the rolled poppers in a bowl, cover with Italian dressing and marinate or at least 1 hr.

Bake at 350º F until the bacon is crisp.
