Ingredients:  
Chops (bone in or boneless) thick enough to slit a pocket in chop
Stuffing mix or stuffing of your choice
1 onion slices
small can pineapple juice
wine or broth

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops. Stuff chops with stuffing. Secure with a toothpick.. Place in roaster pan, sliced onions on top, pour pineapple juice and 1 cup broth into pan and cover with foil.
325 oven for 1-1/2 hours

I first had this recipe at Grandpa Nagle's house. Aunt Jeanne was in charge. The chops were so moist and good. Lance and I later served this dish at a bar in Honolulu called Jamison's which had a guest chef for Monday Night Football games. We served 50 dienners. It was quite the event.
