3 cups chicken broth
5 cups diced potatoes
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 tsp. salt
½ cup diced onion
¾ cup butter
¾ cup flour
1 quart milk
8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vegetables in broth until done, but slightly crunchy (10-15 minutes). In another saucepan, melt butter, add flour and milk. Add this to the vegetables. Add the cheese and heat thoroughly.
