2 cans (6 ½ oz.) clams + 2 cups clam juice
1 cup onion chopped
2 cups potatoes, cubed
1 cup celery, chopped
1 ½ tsp. salt
pepper to taste
¾ cup butter
1 quart half & half cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clams juice and pour over vegetables. Add enough water to cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are done. In another pan melt butter, add flour, and blend. Add the half and half and cook until thick. Add vegetables and clams and allow them to simmer until hot.
