1 ½ lb. hamburger, rolled into small balls.
4 stacks celery, chopped (include leaves)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 package Vermicelli noodles
1 package Knor vegetable soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Boil hamburger balls in hot water for 30 minutes. Skim off any fat on top of the pot. Remove from heat. Add onions, celery, and soup mix, and noodles. Cook until noodles are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
