Ingredients:  
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into tiny flowerets
1 ¼ cup water
½ tsp. salt; drain, reserving liquid.
¼ cup margarine.
2/3 cup chopped onion.
2 tbsp. flour.
2 cups chicken broth

Stir In:
2 cups of milk
1 cup liquid drained from cauliflower
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¾ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower, cut into tiny flowerets in water and salt; drain, reserving liquid. Melt butter in a saucepan and cook onions until soft. Add flour and chicken broth. Cook, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Stir in milk, 1 cup liquid from cauliflower, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Add cooked cauliflower. Heat but do not boil. Stir in 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
