1 lb. lean pork, cut into ¾ inch pieces
1 (15 oz. can) pineapple chunks, drained
2 green peppers, cut into ½ inch pieces
2-3 carrots, cut into matchsticks
1 (8 oz. can) water chestnuts, sliced

Sauce:
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup reserved syrup from pineapple chunks
½ cup vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
2 Tbs. soy sauce
2 Tbs. cornstarch in ¼ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown pork. Add peppers, carrots, water chestnuts. Stir over medium heat. Combine the broth, reserved pineapple syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the mixture thickens. Add sauce and pineapple to pork mixture and serve over rice.
