⅓ cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. salad oil
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbs. Worcestershire
¼ cup ketchup
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. pepper
1 flank steak (1½-2 lbs.)

1. Marinate meat chilled at least 4 hours, turning meat occasionally. Grill meat, reserving marinade and use to baste meat while grilling. Transfer meat to a platter and keep warm; pour remaining marinade into a frying pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cut meat across the grain; slanting slices and accompany with marinade.
