110 g. Fusuli pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 large leek, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
4 tbsp sour cream
2 salmon fillets (7 oz)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp summer savory
1/4 tsp dried thyme
Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Cook pasta stirring occasionally until tender but firm...al dente.

While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir leeks until soft, about 5 minutes. Pour in white wine and simmer until almost all the wine has evaporated, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and one ladlefull of the pasta cooking water and mix well. Reduce heat to low. Add salmon and cook until it is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in summer savory and thyme.

Drain pasta and toss with the creamy salmon. Serve sprinkled with fresh parmesan cheese.
