2 pints. Strawberries, washed
1½ Tblsp lemon juice
4 c sugar
3 oz. envelop Certo

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the berries by crushing them.
Measure exact amount of berries and juice and place in a large bowl.
Measure exact amount of sugar and stir into prepared fruit.
Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While waiting, in a small bowl, stir the Certo into the lemon juice.
After 10 minutes stir the pectin into bowl with berries.
Stir constantly for 4 minutes until sugar completely dissolved and no longer grainy.
Pour into prepared containers leaving a ½ space at the top for expansion.

Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours til set.

Can keep in freezer for 1 month. 2 weeks in refrigerator.
