1 c Crisco
2 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c self-rising flour
1 c milk
1 T Butternut flavoring +

Frosting
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 T Butternut flavoring
1 c chopped pecans

Self-rising flour
1 c flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Spray 3 9” pie pans or 13x 9 pans.

Mix sugar and Crisco. Add eggs one at the time, beat after each addition. Add flour and milk alternating with cream mixture. Begin and end with flour.
Add butternut extract and beat until just combined.
Divide equally between pans.
Bake until golden 30-35 minutes.
Cool completely.

Make frosting.
Sprinkle with pecans.
