1 c Wondra flour
⅔ c. + milk
⅔ c + water
3 eggs
Pinch salt
3 T butter, melted
1 T sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.
Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Butter rounded edge skillet-6”
Pour thin layer and turn when slightly golden.

Crepes can be frozen if stored with parchment between layers.

This is the best crepe recipe. Tender and can be made savory if you leave out the sugar.
