7 c. Bread Crumbs, fresh not dried.
1 c. Onion, finely chopped
2 c. Celery, finely chopped
1 ½ tsp. Sage
½ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Parsley
½ tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
¾ c. Butter, melted
1 ½ c. Milk
1 ¼ c. Chicken Broth
2 Eggs, beaten
1 lb. Sausage

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Brown sausage and drain.

Saute celery and onion in chicken broth.

Add other ingredients in large bowl then add sausage and broth mixture and toss lightly.

Bake covered for 60 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp on top.
