1 6-1/2 oz jar of fresh crab claw meat
1/2 c half n half
1 Tb flour
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs butter
1 egg yolk
1 Tbs grated onion
1/2 c fine bread crumbs
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 Tbs finely chopped green pepper
salt pepper and cayenne to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse crab meat in cold water
Melt butter, stir in flour, add cream and cook on med low til thickens
Add slightly beaten egg yolk and crab meat. Then season with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt pepper and red pepper. Cook 3 minutes then stir in onions and green peppers, lemon juice. Fill with crab shells or small Pyrex dishes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.

This recipe was probably taken from the Aviation Club. On Sundays, Grandpa Ted Nagle would take us to the Aviation Club as Pennsylvania was a dry state on Sundays and liquor could only be served in private clubs. Cocktails were very important.
