Use Hooks – Mix for 1 Minute:
6 cups flour
2 tbsp. yeast
3 cups water
Turn off mixer and let it foam for 10 minutes;

Add – Mix for 10 Minutes:
1/3 cup oil
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
4 more cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out the dough and spread the caramel crunch filling and roll it up. Cut cinnamon rolls 1” inch thick. Grease 2 cookies sheets and put cinnamon rolls on them. Preheat oven to 150 degrees; turn off the oven. Let cinnamon rolls rise for 20-30 minutes. Take cinnamon rolls out of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees and bake for 17-20 minutes.

Caramel Crunch Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
