Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups milk
1 cube margarine or butter
˝ cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
˝ cup water
2 packages (1 tbsp.) dry active yeast
2 eggs
9 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Measure out milk into a glass container and heat with margarine for 3 to 3 ˝ minutes in the microwave (be careful not to get too hot or it will scorch yeast). Pour salt and sugar into the mixing bowl and add warm milk and margarine. Dissolve yeast in warm water along with a pinch of sugar to help activate the yeast. Add yeast mixture to milk mixture. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.

Let rise until double in size (about one hour). Divide dough in two. Roll each half out separately. Roll out round. Cut dough using a large pizza cutter into 8ths. Then cut each 8th into 3rds. The dough will look much like a cut pizza. Roll each piece beginning with a large end crescent style. Dip each roll in warm water, completely submerging, and place on a greased pan. In total, you will fill two jelly roll pans with 24 rolls each. (3 rows of 8 on each pan). Cover rolls with a damp bar towel and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately brush melted butter on top of rolls.

Note: Since this recipe makes so many rolls, I cut the recipe half and put all ingredients into my bread maker. It makes the rolls much simpler.
