Dissolve:
1 tbsp. yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
2 tbsp. sugar

Let Stand & Mix Together:
3 ¾ cups flour
½ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and knead for 5 minutes. Let rise for 10 minutes. Cover with a dishtowel. Melt ½ cube butter on a large cookie sheet with sides. Pour half into a dish. Roll dough to fit the cookie sheet. Cut into sticks. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic. Let rise for 10 minutes covered with a towel. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
