2 yeast cakes
2 tbsp. sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
¼ cup sugar
4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Break yeast cakes up and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar. Melt butter, milk, and cool. Combine with yeast mixture. Add eggs, salt, and flour. Allow rising 1 ½ hour. Knead down, roll out as for butter horns, let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
