2 ¼ cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cold butter
1 egg, beaten
grated zest of 1 orange
1/3 cup Tangy Citrus vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. Cranberry Cinnamon vinegar
2 ½ cups fresh cranberries
orange-flavored sugar crystals

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter muffin pan. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut butter into the dry mixture until it is crumbly. Add the egg and orange zest. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar, and orange juice and add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir by hand just until evenly moistened. Gently fold in the cranberries. Spoon batter into muffin tins, sprinkle with sugar crystals on top and bake approximately 20 minutes.
