Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
sprinkle of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients together and bring to a boil. Add 2/3 cup potato buds; remove from heat and stir until fluffy like mashed potatoes. Add to ½ cup warm water; 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. yeast. Let sit until yeast dissolves and rises, about 10 minutes. Beat 3 eggs together well. Add ½ cup sugar and ½ cup oil to the egg mixture. Stir ¾ cup very hot water into potatoes. Put potato mixture into mixing bowl with 1 cup sifted flour and begin mixing. Add yeast mixture, eggs, oil, and sugar. Put the dough into a greased bowl and let rise for about 1 to ½ hours until doubled in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 15–20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Dinner Rolls: Roll out, cut, and let rise in a greased pan until doubles again

Cinnamon Knots: Roll out; cut into ¾ inch strips (a pizza wheel works great). Dip into melted butter, then roll in a sugar-cinnamon mixture. Tie into a knot and let rise in greased muffin pans until doubled.
