2 pounds round steak
1 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup bacon grease
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 cups warm water
2 small onions, diced
2 carrots, grated
1 stalk celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper and rub into steak.
Cut into desired pieces and brown in bacon grease.
Heat to boiling remaining ingredients
In a greased baking dish, pour sauce over steak
Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
