1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, well packed
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups grated raw zucchini (wash, cut ends, grate)
3 tsp. vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, oil and eggs until fluffy.

Stir in zucchini and vanilla.

Take dry ingredients (including nuts), and stir into creamy mixture.

Blend well.

Put into two loaf pans after greasing first and sprinkling with flour.

Bake at 325ºF for 60 to 75 minutes.
