10 oz. package refrigerated pizza crust
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 oz. Romano cheese, grated and divided (approximately 2/3 cup grated)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tsp. oregano
2 firm plum tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dip dough and pizza roller in flour and evenly roll dough into a 12-inch circle on a 13-inch baking stone. Press garlic with a garlic press and spread evenly over the crust. Grate ½ cup of Romano cheese with cheese grater over crust (1/3 cup). Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella and 1 tsp. oregano over crust. Slice tomatoes thinly with grater-slicer. Layer tomatoes in a single layer over cheese. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and oregano over tomatoes. Grate remaining Romano on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve Hot!
