2 cups chicken, baked and chopped into bite size pieces
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
8 to 10 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients plus 1 cup cheese.
Add about 1/2 cup of mixture per tortilla and roll up.
Place rolled tortillas in 9x13" pan.
Spread some of the mixture and the rest of the cheese on top of rolled tortillas.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

My sweet friend Nancy Davis gave me this recipe, and we are still enjoying it 20+ years later. You can spice the recipe up with additions of salsa, jalapenos, etc.
