1 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin (canned or cooked)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups scalded milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients, then add the scalded milk. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Bake in a hot oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
