1 can pie filling
1/2 c margarine
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c milk
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
walnuts or streusel topping
confectioners sugar

Grease and flour pan. Beat together margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add milk, vinegar and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan. Spread pie filling over batter and spoon remaining batter over filling. Top with walnuts or streusel topping. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes, until done. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with confectioner sugar icing.
