1 lb cooked pasta of choice
1 stick butter
1 clove mince garlic (2 tsp)
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic. Add heavy cream and cream cheese. Turn to low heat. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over prepared pasta, mix and serve. Add cooked chicken if desired.
