1 Egg
1 c. Saltine Crackers, coarsely crumbled
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 lb. Ground Beef
¼ c. Milk
2 tbsp. Onion, chopped
¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, milk, onion, chili powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce.

Add ground beef, mix well. Shape into patties 1/2" thick.

Coat in cracker crumbs.

Cook in hot oil on medium heat. Approximately 3 minutes on each side.
