Pastry for one 9” pie
2 eggs
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c butter melted and cooled to room temperature.
1 6 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325º. Line 9” pie plate with pastry (crust). In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar, brown sugar and beat until well blended. Blend in COOLED melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pastry line pie plate. Bake until set (about 1 hour). Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
