1 lb. Round Steak
1 lg. Onion, thinly slices
1 ½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
½ tsp. Paprika
3 tbsp. Oil
3 tbsp. Flour
2 c. Water
3 medium Potatoes, sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Cut meat into 1" squares, coat with flour. I put flour into a baggie and drop squares into it and shake to coat. Heat oil in skillet and brown meat.

Add onion, cook and stir until onion is tender. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika.

Pour water over mixture and stir. Cover and bake 45-60 minutes or until meat is tender.

Increase oven temp to 450º. Arrange potato slices on meat and sprinkle with salt.

Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
