2 cups self-rising flour
2 sticks butter {at room temperature}
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven 400º mini
Mix flour and butter together
Add sour cream and blend well
Place spoonfuls of batter in greased minature muffin pans
Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until golden
