Ingredients:  
1 head of cabbage
1 large green pepper
1 tsp. ground mustard seed
1 heaping tsp. canning salt
A dash of black pepper
1 shredded carrot
1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage
Mix in canning salt, let stand for 2 hours, then drain
Mix vinegar and sugar together and heat
Let mixture cool
Add ground mustard seed, shredded carrot, shredded green pepper and black pepper
Mix well
Put in containers for freezing
