2 ½ lb. Pork Loin
1 large Garlic Clove
3 Tbsps. Olive Oil
2 Tbsps. Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut garlic into thin slivers and insert into pork loin on both sides of roast.

Rub generously with olive oil.

Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.

Grill 20 minutes on each side.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing into ½ inch thick serving pieces.
