5 - 6 russet potatoes
Olive oil
Seasonings ( I like garlic and herb seasoning) but use whatever seasonings you like.

Wash and cut potatoes into wedges
In a baking dish pour olive oil in dish enough to cover bottom well.
Coat each wedge with olive oil in dish, when all wedges coated, sprinkle with seasonings. Bake in 375º oven for 45 minutes to 1 hr. depending on how big The wedges are. They are done when nice and brown and tender when poked with a fork.
