5 lbs. wings
Sauce:
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white grape juice concentrate
with 1 can water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Place wings on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes @ 300º. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer. Pour over wings and continue baking for 1-1/2 hours turning occasionally, until glazed. Makes about 50-60 pieces.
