1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons butter
2 large garlic cloves, minced

Sauteed mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with granulated garlic, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place chicken in skillet, smooth side down. Press down lightly with spatula. Cook for 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Turn, and press lightly with spatula. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add garlic and butter. Cook for 1 minute until garlic is light golden and aromatic. Add wine, and then turn up heat. Stir around the chicken to deglaze. Simmer rapidly for 1 1/2 minutes or so.

Add mushrooms to sauce.
