1 & 1/2 cups ghee (clarified butter)
2 cups castor sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon elachi powder
Flaked almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1 Cream ghee and castor sugar well together.
Add all the other ingredients

2 Shape into small balls , ( about 5cm in diameter and 1cm thick)
Press down with a piece of flaked almond.

3 Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, turn down to 300 degrees an continue baking for a further 20 minutes.

Note:
One can use whole almonds, or colored sliced ones,I prefer the flakes...
