16 Jalapenos
1 lg. red bell pepper
1 tsp. butter
1 c. cider vinegar
1 pkg. Sure Jell

Directions:
Directions:
Slice jalapenos in half and remove seeds. (Leave some seeds for hotter jelly) chop bell pepper in chunks put in a food processor and chop fine. Place chopped jalapenos and bell pepper in a sauce pan. Add butter, vinegar and Sure Jell, bring to a rolling boil on medium heat. Add 5 cups of sugar and bring back to a boil. Pour in hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes 4 pints or 8-1/2 pints.
Caution: be sure to wear rubber gloves when handling the jalapenos to avoid burning your skin.

Warning- If you start ...you can't stop eating this! It is one of our favorite appetizers with Wheat Thins or other crackers. Shape the cream cheese like a Christmas tree by cutting in half lengthwise diagonally and put the two back together to make a tree. Great gift idea for Christmas as it is red and Green. I remember the time Harman Neff said come get a few jalapeños— he gave me a 5 gallon bucket!
