Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground meat
chicken or turkey liver ( optional)
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp chicken boullion
Cinnamon stick
Bay leaf
1 tsp cumin
Salt
Pepper

Water chestnuts, pine nuts, and raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Meat sauce:
1. Brown meat and drain
2. Add 1 tbsp butter or EVOO
3. Saute onions
4. Add tomato paste. Add tomato sauce, bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin, S & P & mix
5. Add 1 cup of water to sauce

Rice:
1. Boil water
2. Add rice
2. Add water chestnuts, pine nuts, & raisins
4. Once all boiled, drain

Preheat oven:
1. Add rice and meat mixture in a casserole dish
2. Cover and cook in oven until rice is done ~ 30- 45 min
