1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1-1/2 tsp. oregano
2 limes, juiced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 kg pork loin (Butt roast)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients, except pork.

Method 1 - Stove Top or Slow Cooker
Place meat in Dutch Oven or Slow Cooker & pour sauce over. Cook 6-8 hrs until tender enough to shred.

Method 2 - Pressure Cooker
Place meat in pot & pour sauce over. Pressure setting HI for 1-1/2 hrs.

Shred meat & mix back with sauce. Serve on flour tortillas with cheese & any toppings you enjoy!!
