1½ lb. green beans

Sauce:
1½ T. sesame oil
3 T. soy sauce
1½ T. rice vinegar
1½ T. brown sugar
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger


2 T. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add beans and "blister" them, turning continually until light brown in spots.
3. Add sauce and mix well. Lower heat medium and cook beans to desired doneness.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
