1 box yellow cake
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 11 oz can mandarin orange sections

Frosting
1 20 oz crushed pineapple in juice
1 3/4 oz instant pudding mix
1 9 oz cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well first 4 items
Add oranges with juice, mix well
Pour into 3 8" greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until bounce back
Cool before frosting

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients
Mill in between cake layers, top & sides

Keep refrigerated
