½ lb. ground turkey
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. spinach, finely chopped
½ c. celery, finely chopped
4 green onions, white and light green parts, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 T. chili paste, thinned with 1 T. Bragg's Liquid Animos
2 x 7 oz. can diced mild green chilis
½ tsp. black pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 375º.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. With dampened palms, roll the meat mixture into golf ball size balls for snack size or larger for dinner size and transfer to a 9 x13 pan.
3. Bake 25 or 35 mins, depending on size. Turn over after 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
