2 T. brown sugar
1 T. Ancho chili powder
2 T. olive oil
2 T. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Flank Steak or Sirloin - about 1 lb.

Directions:

1. Place all marinade ingredients in a large ziploc bag and mix well.
2. Add steak and marinade in the fridge overnight.
3. Grill or broil. Let rest. Slice on the diagonal.
