1½ c. chocolate cookie crumbs
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. melted butter
1 env. gelatin
¼ c. cold water
1 c. milk
3 beaten egg yolks
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. sugar
egg whites
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
peppermint candy
baking chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Put in 12x18" pan. Mix env. of gelatin in cold water- set aside. Scald milk. Stir into beaten egg yolks- add salt and sugar. Cook till coats spoon. Remove and add gelatin. Take aside and cool. Whip egg whites- add whipping cream, and vanilla-mix. Put into crust and sprinkle peppermint candy and baking chocolate.
