¾ c. crushed Wheaties
3 eggs separated
½ c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
¼ c. lemon juice

Grease refrigerator tray- coat sides and bottom with crumbs. Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar and beat egg yolks. Add to mixture. Combine cream, lemon juice, and rind. Whip and fold into egg mixture and freeze.
